Agreement to terms
By accessing or using salestantra.com, or by signing in to the CRM at crm.salestantra.com, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or the CRM.
These terms cover the public website and both CRM portals on crm.salestantra.com: the master portal used by salesTantra, and the client portal where a customer signs in, views invoices and pays subscription fees.
Use of our website and CRM
You agree to use salestantra.com and crm.salestantra.com only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, data or networks
- Transmit malware, spam or harmful code
- Scrape, copy or misuse site content without our written permission
- Use the site in any way that could damage, disable or impair our services
Our products and services
salestantra.com describes our CRM, marketing automation, customer portal and industry solutions. The service itself is provided at crm.salestantra.com. Product features, pricing and availability may change.
Subscription invoices and payments are raised inside the client portal. Fees are paid to salesTantra. Cancellation and refunds for those fees are described in our refund and cancellation policy.
Accounts and billing
A client portal login is for that customer’s own account. Keep the username and password confidential. The Bill section shows that account’s invoices and the pay button. Paying an invoice is a payment to salesTantra for the subscribed service.
Intellectual property
All content on salestantra.com and in the CRM at crm.salestantra.com — including text, graphics, logos, software and design — is owned by salesTantra or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

salestantra.com, crm.salestantra.com and their content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the website or the CRM will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
